telnet mail.我自己的域名 25 和 telnet smtp.163.com 25 telnet smtp.qq.com 465
都是有响应的，没有无连接的情况

求高人指点。。。。

防火墙有无？

windows默认的防火墙已经特地开放了端口，出站入站 每个端口单独设置全通过

错误应该很明确，请检查smtp协议中的ip绑定，如果不需要使用中继请不要随便绑定ip，这会影响邮件发送
