Failed to create COM object `hMailServer.Application': 服务不存在，或已被标记为删除。
This problem is often caused by DCOM permissions not being set.
从计算机locallhost为CLSID为{D6567EF8-0A6C-48E7-9288-A2463123C2F3}的远程组件检索COM类工厂失败，原因是出现一下错误：80070433
hmailserver服务启动不了，提示 错误1075：服务不存在，或已被标记为删除。
